Declaration on accessibility

Heidelberger Frühling gGmbH endeavors to make its website accessible in accordance with Section 10 (1) of the State Disability Equality Act (L-BGG). This accessibility statement applies to the Heidelberger Frühling website and to the webshop operated by Heidelberger Frühling on the Eventim ticket portal.

1. status of compatibility with the requirements

The website and the web store are only partially compatible with Section 10 (1) L-BGG due to the following incompatibilities.

  • Incomplete or incorrect ARIA attributes
  • Missing alternative texts for images
  • Lack of audio description for videos
  • Non-accessible structuring of forms and cookie banners
  • Inconsistent semantic structuring (heading hierarchy)

 

Heidelberger Frühling is continuously working to remove these barriers and improve user-friendliness for all people.

The following content in the web store is currently not compatible with Section 10 (1) L-BGG, but is being actively revised:

  • Control of room plan booking via voice browser

 

Eventim is continuously working to eliminate this barrier and improve user-friendliness for all people.

3. preparation of this declaration on accessibility

This declaration was created on May 14, 2025 for the Heidelberger Frühling website and supplemented on July 29, 2025 with the explanations for the webshop. The website was last checked on May 13, 2025 using an unofficial WCAG self-test with WAVE (Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool), the web store on July 28, 2025 with the browser extensions WAVE and Lighthouse.
