- paid by direct debit, the ticket value will be automatically refunded to your bank account.
- paid by credit card, we ask you to contact our ticket service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 06221-584 00 44 and provide us with your details for the return transfer.

If you bought your tickets in the Heidelberger Frühling webshop, please send us your account details by email to email@example.com or by calling our ticket service at 06221-584 00 44. (If you only have a foreign bank account, please send us your credit card details).
You have purchased your tickets at an advance booking office or www.eventim.de:
Please contact the respective advance booking office or EVENTIM directly for a refund of your tickets. Please note that the ticket price can only be refunded to you here if you present the original tickets.
You would like to convert your ticket price into a donation to Heidelberger Frühling:
If you would like to donate your ticket price, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to issue a donation receipt for ticket values of €300 or more. For amounts below that, the bank statement as proof of donation.
