Around the 2026 Musikfestival, Heidelberger Frühling offers a free, cross-festival programme full of music, creativity and new discoveries

What can you expect?

During the Musikfestival from March 14 to April 19, 2026 in Heidelberg, we will attend concerts together – admission is of course free for you. You can look forward to a diverse musical spectrum with chamber music, jazz, electronic music, choir concerts and performances by large orchestras and soloists.

At meet & greets with artists, you can talk to them, ask questions and take a look behind the scenes of the festival.

In creative workshops on topics such as photography, moderation, performance and social media, you design, try things out and discover new sides to yourself.

At the kick-off on February 21, 2026 in Heidelberg, we will get to know each other and start the 2026 festival experience together.

Who is the programme for?

The program is aimed at teenagers and young adults aged 14 and over. You decide for yourself what you would like to do – the program is modular, so you can put together your own individual focus.

Is prior knowledge necessary?

No previous experience is necessary – just a desire for music, exchange and creative work.
