Event donation - A donation as a gift

Would you like to do without presents for your birthday or another occasion and do something good instead? Then a donation request is just the thing: ask your guests to make a donation to the non-profit organization Heidelberger Frühling Freundeskreis and support the cultural work of the association in the form of concert funding and the promotion of young musical talent.

Donation box

If you would like to collect donations at your party, we will be happy to send you our donation box. We will also be happy to send you information about the Heidelberger Frühling Freundeskreis so that you can display it at your party.

Your guests transfer the donation

Ask your guests for gift donations in the invitation. You agree a keyword with us and enter this together with our account details in the invitation. Around six weeks after your celebration, we will send you a list of all donors so that you can thank them personally for their gifts.

As the Freundeskreis is a registered association, you/your guests can deduct the donations from your taxes.
