Due to the extended nationwide lockdown, this concert could not take place on 9 March 2021. Instead, the concert will be held on Tuesday, 6 July 2021 at 5 p.m. with almost the same programme. There is no artist talk beforehand the concert.

Changed venue: Rudolf-Wild-Halle Eppelheim

Since the old auditorium of Heidelberg University only allows a very limited number of visitors under the applicable safety regulations, the concert will take place in the Rudolf-Wild-Halle in Eppelheim (Schulstraße 6, 69214 Eppelheim). The house is barrier-free.

Directions:

By car: There is a paid underground car park with a limited number of spaces (99) next to the Rudolf-Wild-Halle. From there you can go directly to the foyer of the hall (underground car park Rudolf-Wild-Halle, Schillerstraße, 69214 Eppelheim).

By public transport: From Bismarckplatz, Rudolf-Wild-Halle can be reached in 20 minutes by tram 22 (direction: Eppelheim; Stop: Rathaus Eppelheim).

Please note the important information about attending the concert:

➔For attending a concert, either proof of a daily negative corona test (max. 24 hours old) from an official test center, the vaccination certificate from 14 days after the second vaccination or proof of recovery within the last 6 months (PCR test, medical certificate), required.

➔ The house and the hall open 30 minutes before the start of the concert. Admission will be guided by our service staff. ➔ It is compulsory to wear a medical mask (surgical mask or FFP2 mask) in the entire building. This also applies during the concert. Please keep a safe distance of 1.50 meters from other people who do not live in your household during your entire visit. ➔ Hand disinfectant will be available in the house - please use it.

➔ If you yourself have symptoms of a respiratory infection or a high temperature or are in contact with a person infected with SARS-CoV-2 or have been within the last 14 days, we must ask you not to participate in the event.

➔ Please note that there are no gastronomic options and no cloakrooms available on this evening.

➔ Evening programs are available on site at a price of € 1.

We will ensure that all rooms are supplied with sufficient fresh air, that sufficient disinfectant dispensers as well as soap and paper towels are available in the toilets. Before and after the events, all surfaces and door handles are disinfected.

Data collection

In order to be able to understand possible chains of infection and to inform affected persons, we are obliged to forward the contact details of all concert-goers to the responsible health authority. We have your contact because you bought your tickets by phone or in the Heidelberger Frühling webshop. If several tickets have been purchased, the buyer is obliged to inform his / her companions.

➔ If you want to pass on the tickets, you are obliged to give us the contact details of the card user before the start of the event (by email or telephone).
