Traineeship in concert and event management
in the Central Organization department for the preparation and implementation of Heidelberger Frühling gGmbH events.
What tasks await you:
- Preparation, follow-up and implementation of events and independent negotiation of organizational processes including venue management,
- Communication with artists, agencies, event partners and service providers,
- Selection, scheduling and coordination of the service and stage team,
- In addition, you will be responsible for the organization of selected artistic projects and productions at Heidelberger Frühling in consultation with the Head of Concert Management.
What we expect from you:
- Completed or advanced degree in cultural management, musicology, cultural studies or similar,
- Initial experience in the planning and organization of cultural events,
- Above-average organizational skills and strong ability to work in a team,
- Resilience even in stressful situations,
- Willingness to be available outside normal working hours,
- Very good knowledge of English (other foreign languages an advantage),
- a car driver's license including driving experience.
