For your application we need

• Short CV (max. 1,200 characters)
• Current portrait photos
• Three video recordings:
  1 song of free choice by Franz Schubert/Robert Schumann; 1 song of free choice from the German/French song repertoire (e.g. Johannes Brahms, Gustav Mahler, Gabriel Fauré, Francis Poulenc); 1 song completely of free choice (without repetition of a composer)
  (All videos must be uncut, unedited and not older than 12 months).
• Repertoire list: Please enter only art songs from your own repertoire. Opera parts or comparable works are not to be performed.

Can I apply together with my duo partner (singer or pianist)?
Yes, you can apply together with your duo partner. However, the application must be submitted separately by both persons. If you are both admitted to the audition, you may audition together.

I don't have a permanent duo partner - can I still apply?
Yes. For the audition, we will find you a suitable partner from among the other applicants or provide you with a duo partner.

When will I find out if I have been invited to the audition?
You will receive feedback from us by August 12 at the latest.

Are travel and accommodation costs for the audition covered?
No. These costs are only covered from the first module onwards.
