Get to know the song scene of tomorrow! The Heidelberger Frühling Liedakademie offers young, outstanding singers and pianists from all over the world a year-round support program. The focus is on courses with one of the greatest song designers of our time, Thomas Hampson.

In this phase of the Liedakademie 's work, the repertoire focus is on the "American Song". Together with Christie Finn (Managing Director of the Hampsong Foundation), Thomas Hampson will dive into his digital archive Song of America, a project of the Hampsong Foundation that comprehensively documents the tradition and cultural background of American song.
