The first Lunchtime Concerts of the festival will be performed by a real dream team from the Festivalcampus. Benjamin Günst and Willard Carter, already known to Heidelberg audiences as outstanding young instrumentalists from previous years, have invited the young shooting star on the piano Robert Neumann, who - like Benjamin Günst - is a winner of the German Music Competition 2025, to join them for their trio program. Their programme explores the festival motto "Back Forward" with a view to the special ability of composers to connect the past and the future through their musical work. With this sound experience that transcends time, the three exceptional young musicians invite their audience to take a lunch break from everyday life and recharge their batteries.
