In the third lunchtime concert, the Lied duo Roza Herwig and Julius Backer, alumni of the Heidelberger Frühling Liedakademie, will perform a varied programme with pieces from their stylistically broad repertoire. Visitors to the Liedakademie masterclasses and the final concert under the direction of Thomas Hampson will be familiar with them: When this young Dutch duo takes to the stage, energy and stage presence are guaranteed. You can also look forward to moments of surprise when they bring instrumentalists from the Festivalcampus on stage for special program items.
