Kirchheim is one of the neighborhoods where people wouldn’t want to miss the jointly organized re:start concerts. This time, as part of a community initiative, the expanded neighborhood will come alive with several musical acts: In a walking concert, visitors and neighborhood residents are invited to move between St. Peter’s Church, the Bonhoeffer Congregation, and the Community Center to experience the different venues through sound together with young musicians from the Festivalcampus. The young cellist Joe Pritchard has put together a diverse programme featuring music from a wide range of eras and improvisations that reflects the communal and spiritual character of the venues. Joining the cello quartet is pianist and organist Fabian Luchterhandt, who hails from Kirchheim himself.

Starting point: 16:30 at the Kerweplatz in Kirchheim.
End point: around 19:00 at the Kirchheim Community Center, Hegenichstraße 2A, 69124 Heidelberg
