School Workshop
Tritsch-Tratsch Grooves
The Music Swap Lab visits elementary school

The Music Swap Lab of the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen offers a special workshop for primary school classes. The aim is to introduce children to the world of orchestral music in a playful way and to give them new musical experiences by making music together.

In the "Tritsch-Tratsch Grooves" workshop, pupils create their own upcycling instrument - the "Drum-o-phon" - and interactively discover the basics of rhythm and sound.

The workshop is aimed at primary school classes from year 2 upwards and requires no previous musical knowledge. Interested schools are cordially invited to register their classes for this free offer by 03.03.2025 at musicswaplab@zukunftslabor.com

Dates of the school visits: 26.03.2025 - 28.03.2025

As part of the Heidelberger Frühling Musikfestival, the Music Swap Lab of the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen is represented with other hands-on activities such as an orchestra rehearsal for children and the " Music Day for All" with self-made instruments, percussion, dance and a big hands-on concert.
