Since time immemorial, poets and composers have used their works to capture moments of existence with all their horrors and abysses and to create counter-worlds to the real existing world. With the magic of art, they catch a glimpse of paradise, but do not turn their eyes away from the present and the burdened past. This is also the case in the program »Je länger, je lieber« with baritone Georg Nigl, actress Martina Gedeck and pianist Elena Bashkirova, which does not exclude humor, but also includes the so-called first and »beautiful« parts.
