We offer - starting January 01, 2025 and limited until June 30, 2025 - a
Traineeship in concert and event management
in the Central Organization department for the preparation and implementation of Heidelberger Frühling gGmbH events.
What tasks await you:
- Preparation and follow-up as well as implementation of events and independent negotiation of organizational processes including venue management
- Communication with artists, agencies, event partners and service providers
- Selection, scheduling and coordination of the service and stage team
- In addition, you will be responsible for the organization of selected artistic projects and productions of the Heidelberger Frühling in consultation with the Head of Concert Management
What we expect from you:
- Completed or advanced degree in cultural management, musicology, cultural studies or similar.
- Initial experience in the planning and organization of cultural events
- Above-average organizational talent and strong ability to work in a team
- Resilience even in stressful situations
- Willingness to be available outside normal working hours
- Very good knowledge of English (other foreign languages an advantage)
- a car driver's license including driving experience
