Heidelberger Frühling offers concerts, workshops and musical activities for schools in Heidelberg and the surrounding area, providing young people with inspiring musical experiences.

Primary school classes of level 1 and 2 (maximum level 3) are invited to a morning performance of the concert “Lauschzeit” on 24 March at 11:00 in the Auditorium of the Old University.

For secondary schools, there will be a concert for classes from level 10 upwards with the Signum Quartett on 27 March. In their program “Bridge the Chasms that Divide”, the quartet and their violist Xandi Van Dijk, who comes from South Africa, dedicate themselves to the end of apartheid there 30 years ago and invite young concert-goers to discuss questions of democracy and freedom.
