Ticket booking
Tickets are available around the clock in the webshop, from the telephone ticket service from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00 and on site at all known advance ticket offices. Your ordered tickets will be sent free of charge by e-mail for you to print out yourself or show on your smartphone. For a flat rate of 3 euros per order, we will send your tickets directly to your home by post.

For pupils, trainees and students (up to the age of 30), tickets are only available at the box office from 1 hour before the start of the concert for €8 in all seating categories (subject to availability).

Pupils, trainees and students (up to the age of 30) have free admission to Liedakademie events. The free ticket is available in the webshop and at the box office.

Family Ticket
50% discount on the regular ticket price for each member of the family*. Family concerts are excluded, as the price is already reduced for families.

CulturePass for young people
Everyone celebrating their 18th birthday in 2024 will receive a budget of €100, which they can use for tickets, books, CDs, records and much more. The credit can also be redeemed for Heidelberger Frühling concerts. Simply download the app, register and enter Heidelberger Frühling in the search field.

Kammermusik + subscription
With the Kammermusik +-subscription you secure your regular seat in the auditorium of the Old University and a price advantage of up to 29% compared to the one-way ticket price. You will also receive a 10% discount on additional single tickets for the series.

Tickets at the day and evening box office are available from 1 hour before the start of the concert. Please note that card payment is only possible for concerts in the New and Old University.
Concert Sold Out?
There are no more tickets available for your preferred concert? Don't worry! We are available by phone to advise you on a suitable replacement concert. We would also like to recommend that you take a look at our official partner platform TicketSwap. There, concert tickets are resold fairly and securely. Learn more about TicketSwap.
Ticket Return
Concert canceled? No problem: Your ticket office will refund the purchase price within two weeks.
Changed cast or programme? Are you even sitting in the concert and it is canceled? Unfortunately, no exchange or replacement can then be granted.
You are ill or prevented and can not come to the concert? A return and refund of the ticket price is unfortunately not possible. However, as your ticket is not personalized, you can give it as a gift to friends and acquaintances. It is also possible to resell the ticket on the official and secure partner platform of Heidelberger Frühling TicketSwap. For this you need the ticket in digital form with a QR code. The venues usually open 1 hour before the concert, the hall about 30 minutes before the concert begins.
Accessibility
The venues are generally barrier-free. You can find more detailed information on the venue pages.
Please note the following information: The Alte Pädagogische Hochschule Heidelberg is not barrier-free. If you require barrier-free access, please contact us at +49 (0)6221 5840044 or tickets@heidelberger-fruehling.de. In the auditorium of the New University of Heidelberg and in the auditorium of the Old University of Heidelberg, only the seats in the stalls are barrier-free. If you require a wheelchair space, please contact our telephone ticket service.
Concert Duration
The Kammermusik + and Musikfestival concerts usually take place with a 20-minute break and last around 2 hours in total. If there is no intermission, it is noted at the respective concert. Please understand that we cannot specify the exact concert duration in advance. In any case, take enough time for your concert visit.

For many concerts, program booklets with detailed information on the programme, works and artists are available at the box office for 2 euros.
Concert Introductions and Artist Talks
For some concerts, the concert introduction "Notenschlüssel" is offered 1 hour before the concert begins - made possible by the Heidelberger Frühling Freundeskreis e.V. - or followed by an artist talk. This is noted accordingly in the respective concert dates.

Gastronomy
Around the concerts in the auditorium of the New University of Heidelberg and in the auditorium of the Old University of Heidelberg, a catering service with drinks and small snacks will be available. The Karlstorbahnhof also has a bar. You are also welcome to use the breaks between concerts to visit one of the many restaurants and cafés in Heidelberg's
Old town.
Festivalzentrum
During the Musikfestival from 22. 3. —13. 4. 2025, the Festivalzentrum is located in the inner courtyard of the New University of Heidelberg, which is always open for you 1 hour before the concert begins and after the concerts in the auditorium of the New University of Heidelberg. Here you can linger, enjoy the gastronomic offer and artist talks, introductions or the Zeit-Raum. Lounge experience.
Festival Cafeteria
During the Streichquartettfest from 23-26. 1. 2025, the Festival Cafeteria in the auditorium of the Alte Pädagogische Hochschule Heidelberg will be open on Thursday evenings, Fridays and Saturdays from 9.30 am and Sundays from 10.30 am. Food and drink will also be provided here throughout the day. From breakfast snacks to a changing lunch menu and coffee and cake in the afternoon to panini and wine to end the day.

Accommodation
If you are looking for accommodation for your festival stay, we recommend our partner hotels. Guests of all partner hotels receive a 10% discount on the ticket price. The discount can only be obtained by booking by telephone or by e-mail. Please let us know the name of your accommodation.
