How do I sell concert tickets on TicketSwap?
Registration
First, please register on the platform with your email address. Filling out your profile is not necessary at this stage, as profile data such as address, telephone and bank details will be automatically requested further down the line. However, if you want, you can add a profile picture, which will increase the credibility of your account for other users.
Select event
Call up the Heidelberger Frühling store and select the relevant event for which you would like to resell tickets. You have the possibility to choose the price category of your ticket. Then upload the ticket as a PDF. If it is only available to you in printed form, please contact us at tickets@heidelberger-fruehling.de. We will then email you your ticketdirect.
Determine ticket price
You will be asked to enter the original ticket price. In the next step you set the price for resale. Note here that the price is max. may be 20% above the original price and that 5% service charge will be retained on sale.
Verification
In the next step, your phone number and address are verified and you deposit your bank details so that a secure payment transaction can be guaranteed.
Review and publication
In the last step you check the information you have provided and can now publish your ad.
