Our world is infinitely wide - also in music. And much of it can be discovered here in Heidelberg! In the Easter holiday workshop, children can get to know rhythms, melodies and sounds that originate from regions ranging from the Balkans and Hungary to Turkey, Central Asia and the Arab world, and are now also indigenous here. Trying out new instruments, moving, singing and making music together with your own instruments that unites cultures: All this becomes possible here.

For children from 8 to 10 years (no previous musical knowledge required)

Workshop times:
Tue-Thu each 10am-1pm, Group 1 for children 8-10 years old.
Tue-Thu each 3pm-6pm, Group 2 for children 10-13 years old.
Joint closing party Fri 14. 4. 2023, 3 p.m.

Participation fee 25 €

The event is sold out. A waiting list for the morning session will be maintained for younger children; in this case please contact Franziska Spohr at f.spohr@heidelberger-fruehling.de

Children from the age of 10 can register for the afternoon event.
