Kammermusik Plus | Lendvai String Trio
19:30
Deeply inspired by a string trio by the composer Erwin Lendvai and his special musicality, the three musicians from the Netherlands, Sweden and Great Britain named their ensemble, founded in 2004, after Hungary, which is still unknown today. One of the trio's great passions is to (re)discover forgotten works for this particular line-up. This also includes a total of 16 string trios by the German-Dutch composer Julius Röntgen, who was among his friends with Johannes Brahms. For three years the trio devoted themselves intensively to Röntgen's works and received international praise for their recording.
