Exceptions include passes and the Kammermusik + subscription. Discounts cannot be combined.

*Companions of severely disabled individuals (designation B) and of severely disabled children receive free admission. If a wheelchair-accessible seat is required, please register with the telephone ticket service or via email.

All persons under the age of 30 can purchase tickets for €8 from three days before the concert in the webshop and at the box office – valid for all available seats. In addition, admission to Liedakademie events is free of charge for anyone under the age of 30. Free tickets are also available in the webshop and at the box office.

Passes are offered for the Streichquartettfest, certain program highlights in the Musikfestival and the Liedfestival, which entitle the holder to attend several events and enable a saving of around 25 % compared to the price of individual tickets.

The voucher can be ordered by e-mail for self-printing or in a gift envelope by post (plus €3 shipping fee). Concert canceled?
No problem. The purchase price will be refunded within two weeks.

Lineup or programme changed? Are you already at the concert when it’s cut short, or are you unable to attend?

Unfortunately, no exchanges or refunds can be granted.

Tickets at the box office are usually available from 1 hour before the start of the concert, payable via cash or card.

The venues usually open 1 hour before the concert, the hall about 30 minutes before the concert begins.

All venues are accessible. You can find more detailed information on the venue pages. If you need a wheelchair-accessible seat, please contact the ticket service by phone.

In the auditorium of Heidelberg’s Old University, only the seats on the main floor are accessible.

The concerts usually take place with a 20-minute break and last about 2 hours in total. If there is no intermission, it is noted at the respective concert. Please understand that we cannot specify the exact concert duration in advance. In any case, take enough time for your concert visit.

For many concerts, program booklets containing detailed information about the programme, works, and artists are available at the box office and at the door for €2. You can also view the program booklets for our festivals and concert series online here or order them by mail free of charge.

For some concerts in the Musikfestival, the “Notenschlüssel” concert introduction—made possible by the Heidelberger Frühling Freundeskreis —is offered one hour before the concert begins, or an artist talk follows the concert. Before and after the concerts at the Konzerthaus Stadthalle, the Fesitvalzentrum in the Meriansaal invites you to linger. Here, you can meet other festival guests and artists and enjoy the food and beverage offerings, which range from snacks to drinks. You can pre-order food and drinks on site for the intermission.

During the Streichquartettfest from January 20 to 24, 2027, lunch will be served daily from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the festival center. Please reserve your lunch at least seven days in advance via the website, by phone through our ticket service at +49 (0)6221 584 0044, or by email at tickets@heidelberger-fruehling.de.

During the Musikfestival from March 13 to April 17, 2027, dinner will be served starting at 6:00 p.m. at the festival center. We’d be happy to take your table reservations at catering@heidelberg-konzerthaus.de.

Drinks and light snacks will also be available in the auditorium of Heidelberg’s Old University during the concerts.

The numerous restaurants and cafés in Heidelberg's Old Town also offer plenty of opportunities to round out your festival experience with some great food.
