Hungarian dances, Romanian folk melodies, ethnological musical journeys - numerous composers, like Johannes Brahms, sought inspiration in the folk cultures of Eastern Europe. The musicians of the Festivalcampus-Ensemble want to bring these influences of fascinating traditional rhythms, sounds and songs in classical works to life. In doing so, they enrich the collective work of art with their very own timbre from their respective countries of origin. A colorful and musical evening full of contrasts!
