Lecture with Thomas Hampson

Thomas Hampson talks about what makes Brahms a song composer, how he treats the voice and uses the piano - and how his songs convey a profoundly humane message.
The lecture is part of the final work phase of the current scholarship holder year of the Heidelberger Frühling Liedakademie. This also includes a listening session with Artistic Director Thomas Hampson, several public master classes and the final concert.
